How fast can you turn a house?
We hold Saturday crews in season for the 10-to-4 window. Book ahead — calling the morning of is a gamble in July.
Do you supply linens?
Either your on-site inventory or our full linen service — your call. We also restock paper goods.
Do you guarantee re-cleans?
Yes. If a guest finds something we missed, we come back at no charge.
How often should a rental be deep-cleaned?
Twice a year for most — once before summer, once after.
What areas do you cover?
Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Southern Shores, Duck, Corolla, and the surrounding northern Outer Banks.
Can you handle a property I don’t live near?
Yes — most of our owners are off-island. We send a completion report after every turn so you know it was done.
